Forza Pilates Loyalty Program Terms:

Membership in the Forza Pilates Loyalty Program is complimentary and limited to one account per individual. Points may be earned only through eligible purchases or activities completed by the enrolled member and cannot be transferred, combined between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

Points and available rewards have no cash value. Reward availability, point values, redemption requirements, and eligibility are subject to change. Certain rewards may be subject to expiration dates, location restrictions, inventory availability, class availability, or additional redemption instructions.

All point redemptions are final and nonrefundable. Redeemed points will not be returned due to an unused reward, missed reservation, scheduling conflict, cancellation, no-show, merchandise availability, or change of preference unless otherwise determined by Forza Pilates. Standard booking, cancellation, late-cancellation, no-show, retail, and studio policies continue to apply.

Rewards may only be used by the loyalty member who redeemed them unless the reward is specifically designated for a guest. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred, or used toward previous purchases or charges. Taxes, fees, or balances exceeding the value of a reward remain the member’s responsibility.

Forza Pilates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program, earning opportunities, point requirements, or available rewards at any time. Forza Pilates may also adjust or remove points obtained through error, misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or activity that violates program or studio policies.
